Having led diverse teams across India, Singapore, South Africa and Middle East, Sunil is well versed in creating winning solutions whilst addressing global, multi-dimensional business complexities.
He serves as a Director on the Board of Asquared IoT Private Limited, an Artificial Intelligence startup. He is also a board member of the Mumbai chapter of The Institute of Management Accountants, USA.
His last assignment was as the CEO – Infrastructure Group & New Business Initiatives of AM International Holdings Private Limited, a USD 2 billion conglomerate. Previously, Sunil held leadership roles at various organisations, including Wilson Cables (Singapore), Sical Logistics (Bengaluru), Indo-Jordan Chemicals Co. Ltd. (Jordan), McDonald’s India (Mumbai), Telesuprecon Limited (South Africa) and Foster’s India.
Sunil is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants, Montvale, NJ USA. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Cost & Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, India and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law College, Pune, India.
